Length 8 days/7 nights

First day:
Arrival in the afternoon in Alberobello, with visit of the trulli, the famous and characterisitc cylindrical buildings with conical roof declared Human Heritage by the Unesco. Continuation to Salento, Otranto area. Arrival in four stars hotel resort, welcoming cocktail and arrangement in the reserved rooms. Dinner and overnight stay.

Second Day:
Full board treatment in hotel. Usage of swimming pool, animation and shuttle to beach.

Third Day:
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to Lecce. Meeting with the guide for the guided visit of the town, starting with the church of Santa Maria della Provvidenza (Alcantarine) with its elegant style, then, visit of the S. Maria of Costantinopoli, the Greek church with its characteristic paintings. Continuation with the visit of the sixteenth-century Palazzo Adorno and of S. Croce Basilica, wonderful example of the Lecce Baroque. Lunch in restaurant. After a brief stop in Sant’ Oronzo square, protector of the town, where it is possible to see the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre of Carlo V, the visit will continue throughout the historical centre, from where it is possible to arrive to the Saint Chiara and Saint Irene churches, two pearls of the local Baroque. Late in the afternoon return in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Forth Day:
Full board treatment in hotel. use of swimming pool, animation and shuttle to the private beach. After dinner transfer in Otranto for the visit of the “porta d’ Oriente”, the Salento jewel with the beautiful historical centre situated on the sea and protected by the impressive walls and by the towers of the Aragonese Castle.

Fifth Day:
Breakfast. Departure for the guided tour of the Salento eastern coast, passing for S. Cesarea up to Santa Maria di Leuca, the village of the two seas. Lunch in restaurant. Return, in the afternoon stop in a bathing establishment and or transfer to Gallipoli for the guided visit of the beautiful sea village, return in hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Sixth Day:
Full board treatment in hotel. use of swimming pool, animation, shuttle to the private beach.

Eighth Day:
Breakfast. Before departing for the places of origin there will be a stop in Castel del Monte and a guided visit of the famous historical building for its intriguing mysteries. Castel del Monte is a building of the XIII century built by the Emperor Frederic II in Puglia, situated in Andria. Although it is defined “castle”, the real function of this impressive building is still unknown. There are several and mysterious hypothesis on this building that is an architectonical and great piece of work, synthesis of fine mathematical, geometrical and astronomical knowledge. Continuation to the places of origin.
