Arrival in a biological farm for the guided tour where it will be possible to see the buffaloes farming, the modern milking method, the system for yogurt transformation and the mozzarella production, and finally tasting a “bocconcino” of mozzarella cheese. Guided visit of the farm Museum.

Lunch will be served in a private villa dated back to the end of ‘700 (main course: crespelle with ricotta- fresh cheese- and spinaches; mozzarella and fresh cheese; tomatoes salad; salad; farm yogurt; handmade bread; country bread; white wine; water.

Entrance and guided visit of the archaeological area that, with its three impressive Doric temples , represents the most important evidence of the incomparable heritage left by the Greek civilization. Guided tour of the National Museum.
