Length 4 days/3 nights

First day:
Arrival in Pertosa. Entrance and guided visit of the Angels’ Grottoes. These Grottoes stretch for approximately 2500 metres throughout underground passages, tunnels, and huge caves. They are very famous and characteristic for the beauty of the stalactites and stalagmites conformations, for its caves impressiveness, and  because of their uniqueness in all Italy; to visit them it is necessary crossing a little lake, originated by an underground river, by a boat skilfully steered.
Continuation to Padula, and guided visit of the san Lorenzo Monastery. This Monastery was founded in 1306 by  Tommaso S. Severino, and it represents the biggest architectonical complex of the South of Italy and, through a wise mixing of styles that ranges from Romanesque to Gothic, to Renaissance, to Baroque, to Rococo, gives an inimitable example of magnificence and beauty. Transfer to Castelluccio Inferiore (PZ), in the Pollino National Park. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Second day:
Breakfast. Guided excursion on the Pollino Mountain. The excursion schedules the crossing of the Caballa plateau, departing from the Dragone Hill: the plateau is crossed by a little river and at the feet of a Loricato Pine there is the Caballa spring. Package lunch provided by the hotel. Then, the Ruggio plateau will be crossed, from here it will be possible to arrive in Belvedere, where in addition at the wonderful view it is possible to see some examples of Loricato Pine. 
During the excursion you will also see beeches woods, grasslands rich in flowers, above all in spring, water springs and streams. Dinner in hotel and overnight stay.

Third day:
Breakfast. Transfer to the WWF oasis of Morigerati. Departure with the guide for a tour that offers one of the most beautiful sceneries of the Park. The walk starts with a beautiful mule track paved by stones and for a part excavated in the rock that, after a series of downhill hairpin bends lead to the entrance of the grotto. It will be possible to enter by a narrow stair in stone and then to cross the deep and spectacular canyon excavated by the river, with two little wood bridges. At the external part the river gives many beautiful views where clear waters make, among deep and charming pools, rapids and falls. Lunch in typical restaurant in Morigerati, with starter, two main courses one with mushrooms,, dessert and water/wine/fruits on tables.
Transfer to Roccagloriosa and guided visit of the archaeological area that shows the expansion oif the inhabited centre in the Lucan age (IV – III century, B. C. ). Visit of the historical centre and of S. Giovanni Battista church situated in Piazza del Popolo. Continuation for the visit of S. Severino di Centola.
Transfer in three stars hotel in Paestum, dinner and overnight stay.

Forth day:
Breakfast. Transfer in a biological agricultural farm for a guided visit, where it will be possible to see the buffaloes breeding, the modern milking system, the equipment for the yogurt processing, the mozzarella production and the final tasting of a bocconcino. Guided tour of the Firm Museum. Transfer and visit of the archaeological area of Paestum that, with its three impressive Doric temples represents the most important evidence of the incomparable heritage left by Greek culture. Guided visit of the National Museum. Return in hotel for lunch.
